How Pablo works

Invite Pablo to your server with “Add to Discord”. The bot only asks for the permissions its features actually use.

Then log in to the dashboard with Discord. You’ll see every server where you are an administrator or have “Manage Server”.

Every module can be configured per server. The bot applies dashboard changes right away, and each page shows whether Pablo is missing permissions for that feature.

Every moderation action creates a case with a running number, type, reason, moderator and timestamp. /case view shows a case, /case history a user’s history.

Under Settings → Warn escalation you decide after how many active warnings a timeout, kick or ban happens automatically.

Temp bans (/ban duration:7d) are lifted automatically when they expire.

Every rule (spam, flood, links, invites, mentions, word filter, caps, duplicates) has its own actions: delete, warn, timeout, kick or ban.

Members with “Manage Messages” as well as excluded roles and channels are never checked.

Raid protection detects many joins in a short time and can trigger a lockdown that lifts itself. Anti-nuke stops mass deletions of channels and roles or mass bans and punishes the responsible account.

Level n needs 25·n² + 75·n XP in total (level 1 → 100, level 2 → 250, level 3 → 450).

XP is given for messages (with cooldown and anti-spam), voice activity (only with other people in the channel), commands and the first message of the day.

Level rewards grant roles. Ranks with “from level” are assigned automatically; ranks can include permissions like an XP boost or DJ rights. /rank shows everything as an image card.

Enable the economy in the dashboard and choose the currency name and emoji. Members earn coins with /eco daily (with a streak bonus), /eco work and by chatting.

In the shop you sell roles or items; members buy them with /shop buy. Admins adjust balances with /eco-admin.

/casino (slots, roulette, coinflip, dice) and /blackjack use coins within the bet limits you set. The flag quiz channel posts flags automatically, and the counting channel lets members count up together.

/play searches or loads links and playlists. With DJ roles only the team may control playback – requesters may always skip their own tracks. /filter adds effects like bass boost or nightcore.

/radio play starts a stream; the queue is disabled in radio mode. Manage stations with /radio add or in the dashboard.

Welcome cards greet new members with an image; the invite tracker shows who invited whom. Birthdays, giveaways, polls and suggestions keep the community active.

Temp voice gives everyone their own voice channel, stats channels show live counters, and backups save roles, channels and permissions.

Tickets and modmail give members a private line to your team; banned members can send a ban appeal through your own form.

Enable the Global Chat in the dashboard or with /globalchat setup. Messages are forwarded to every connected server.

Mentions are neutralized, invites removed and links optionally blocked. Users can opt out with /globalchat optout.

When someone deletes their message, it disappears on every server.

Voting for Pablo on the bot lists shown on the vote page gives 50 % more XP on every server for 12 hours, plus coins on servers with an enabled economy.

/vote shows when you can vote again.
