Why don't I see my server in the dashboard?
You need Administrator or “Manage Server” on that server. Servers without Pablo are shown with an “Invite” button.
The bot doesn't play any music.
Check the status page to see whether the music servers are online, and make sure Pablo may “Connect” and “Speak” in your voice channel.
Level roles aren't assigned.
The role has to be below Pablo’s highest role. Roles Pablo can’t assign are greyed out in the dashboard.
Global Chat messages don't arrive.
Pablo needs “Manage Webhooks” in the Global Chat channel. Without it, messages are sent as embeds.
A feature says permissions are missing.
The dashboard shows which permissions Pablo lacks for each feature. Use “Grant permissions” to re-invite Pablo with the right permissions.
How do I delete my data?
Remove Pablo from the server; its data is then marked as inactive. For complete deletion, contact us – details are in the privacy policy.
